سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نحن في Plaid Veiled ملتزمون بأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018، ونضمن لك حقك الكامل في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفق الشروط التالية:
الشروط:
- يحق للعميل استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، ومغلفًا بالتغليف الأصلي.
- في حالة وجود عيب صناعي أو اختلاف جوهري عن الوصف، يحق للعميل الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا.
- المنتجات الشخصية أو التي تم فتحها/استخدامها قد لا تقبل الاسترجاع إلا إذا كانت معيبة أو مخالفة للوصف.
المبالغ المسترجعة:
- في حالة وجود عيب أو مخالفة للوصف، يتم رد المبلغ كاملًا.
- يتم رد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج المرتجع.
- يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن عند الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا.

At Plaid Veiled, we comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, ensuring your full right to return or exchange any product under the following terms:
Conditions:
- Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or a significant difference from the product description, returns are allowed within 30 days.
- Personal-use or opened/used products may not be eligible for return unless defective or misdescribed.
Refunds:
- A full refund is granted if the item is defective or not as described.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
