سياسة الشحن

نحن في Plaid Veiled ملتزمون بتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان وفقًا لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.

الشروط:

• يتم تجهيز الطلبات وشحنها خلال 1 – 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
• مدة التوصيل قد تصل إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب المدينة أو المحافظة.
• في حالة حدوث تأخير خارج عن إرادتنا (ظروف الطقس، شركات الشحن، أو أحداث طارئة)، سيتم إبلاغ العميل فورًا.
• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تزويدنا بعنوان صحيح ومعلومات دقيقة للتوصيل.

تكلفة الشحن:

• يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام الطلب، وقد تختلف حسب الموقع الجغرافي للعميل.
• قد نقدم شحنًا مجانيًا في بعض العروض أو عند تجاوز قيمة شرائية معينة.

المتابعة:

• يتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبع (إن وجد) لمتابعة الشحنة حتى وصولها.
• في حالة فقدان الشحنة أو تلفها قبل الاستلام، نتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة ونعوض العميل وفقًا للقانون.

At Plaid Veiled, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time, in compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Conditions:

• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on the city or governorate.
• In case of delays beyond our control (weather, courier delays, or force majeure), customers will be informed immediately.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by location.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value.

Tracking:

• A tracking number (if available) will be provided to monitor your shipment.
• In case of loss or damage before delivery, we take full responsibility and compensate the customer according to the law.
